Receptionist 

Requirements :
  • Female with age max. 27 years old 
  • Graduated from SMA/D3, preferably Hospitality, Communication 
  • At Least 1 year(s) working experience as Receptionist or Front Liner is Preferable 
  • English Capabilities is preferable 
  • Good Looking & Grooming Appearance is a must 
  • Computer Capabilities (Ms.Office) 
  • Good Personal and communication skills with any levels 
  • Fast Learner, able to work independently and able to work under pressure 

Customer Service (Concierge)
Requirements:
  • Female, max 27 years old 
  • Min SMA or Graduated from D3 any major, preferably from Public Relation/Tourism/ Hospitality 
  • Good Looking & Grooming Appearance is a must 
  • Having minimum 1 years working experiences as Customer Services, Public Relation, Hotelier, Receptionist 
  • Computer(MS. Office) & Internet Capabilities 
  • Good command of English both oral and written 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Able to handle customer complains (Local Customer or Expatriate)
