• Male maximum 47 years old
• Able to prepare high quality pastry (Pastry Chef)
• Able to prepare high quality Indonesian & European cuisine (Main Kitchen Chef)
• Has minimum 2 years experience in the same field at 4 - 5 stars
• Able to work as a team player, high motivated, energic and pleasant personality
• Possess excellent leadership skills
