Eden Hotel Kuta is four star hotel with 277 rooms located in Jalan Kartika Plaza Kuta Bali, conveniently located just ten minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport and within a walking distance to the main shopping centre, the Discovery Shopping Mall and the new Lippo Mall Kuta. Eden Hotel Kuta is looking for:

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER ( FBM )

General Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Posses minimum 5 years experience in the same position at 4-5 star Hotel
• Creative, Innovative, Out of The Box person
• Target oriented, Optimistic, Smart and Hard worker 
• Strong leadership and A Good Coacher for Employee
• Very High Standard of Service
• Can handle Pressure
• Spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the General Manager to implement, achieve and maintain the hotel's and company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for identifying, developing and managing standard of service at Restaurant.
• Develop innovation and a new idea of activities especially on F&B area to achieve targeted revenue and sales results.
• Ensure reports are completed to the hotel's operational standards.
