Responsibility
- Manage all sales activities and event including direct sales, sales administration nad management of the sales team
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit target
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target market
- Maximising new business development opportunities
Qualification
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a full service hotel
- A self-starter who is highly driven, persistent and adaptable to change.
- Highly organized individual who has a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and networking abilities
- Collaborative leader with a strategic and analytical focus
- Demonstrate sound decision making skills and good judgment
