- Male max. 45 years old
- Previous kitchen management/supervisory experience required.
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
- Able to work under presser
- Good quality , taste and presentation control
- Creative and innovative
- Good skill of variety cuisine
- Strong leadership
- Minimum 2 year experience in position
- Able to run VHP and able to manage cost
