We currently have a key opening for:

Human Resources Manager

Work Location:
Nusa Dua - Bali

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the HR Manager – Accor Vacation Club Australia the HR Manager is responsible for the provision of operational advice and support to the business around the full spectrum of the HR function, including:
  • Attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of staff
  • Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
  • Remuneration and Benefits
  • Learning and Development 
  • Workplace Health and Safety 
  • Provide general, up to date and accurate HR and IR advice to managers and employees with respect to labour laws, policy and practice 
  • General HR Administration including preparing employment agreements, ensuring personnel files are up to date and secure.
  • Completion of any other Human Resources projects

Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor degree in HR or Law. 
  • You must have practical experience working in a generalist HR Management role, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, personnel administration such as leave, absence and contracts, performance management. 
  • Have a minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • You must have a good understanding of Indonesian labour laws with the ability to interpret, and provide practical advice to our Managers. 
  • Previous experience and/or strong understanding of Indonesian Immigration laws, in particular previous experience in the application of Kitas visas. 
  • Strong leadership, good networking, initiative and foresight skills, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proactive, with excellent communication skills to encourage teamwork, professionalism and respect 
  • Able to work hard in high pressure environment and flexible with working hours
  • High level of computer literacy
