FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (Front Office Department)
Qualification:
- Minimum two year’s experience in a customer contact position within the hotel, or related industry.
- The ability to direct and control the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, Guest Activities, Responsible for ensuring the operation of Guest Services
- Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of guest service officer
- The ability to develop relationships with clients, return guests, group contacts etc. to provide maximum personalized guest service.
- The ability to prepare all necessary forecasts; to work closely with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to maximize occupancy, rate and revenue. Keeps all departments notified of any fluctuations in business levels, special guests, groups, etc.
- Develop employee morale and ensure training of Guest Services personnel
