General Requirement:

• Good inter-personal skill
• Have experience in a similar role 
• Good communication skill both oral and written in English, other foreign language is advantage
• Good Appearance
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required (1)
• Able to organize and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service & satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets (1)
• Good networking with travel agent & corporate (3 & 4)
• Have a knowledge and know how to maintain about OTA (4)
• Familiar with computer programs / VHP System Knowledge 
• Able to work in team or individual, outgoing, & self motivated
• Able to join immediately
