1. Guest Relation Officer (Mandarin Speaking)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
- Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
- Active English and Mandarin, spoken & written
- Guest Oriented Person
- Familiar using Opera will be preferred
- Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage
2. Front Desk Agent
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
- Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
- Active English, spoken & written

3. Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements:
- Good teamwork, result oriented and communication skill
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Experienced in same position minimum 1 - 2 years, preferably in an international chain
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker.
- Possesses Leadership skills and ensure that staff members or workers are comfortable while working in the setup
- Able to conduct Training about Housekeeping knowledge
4. Assistant Reservation Manager

- Minimum 2 years experience preferably in minimum 4 star hotel setting
- Lead a team of Reservations Agents to help the Revenue Manager maximize room sales and occupancy by managing the room inventory
- Assistant Reservations Managers also make reservations for tour agencies, corporate customers, VIPs and individual guests
- Relevant experience in reservation system will also be useful. Such us Fidelio, Opera
- Mature in leadership and decision making
- Liaising with travel agents, Revenue Manager, Front Office Manager and Room Division Manager
- Assisting the sales team in setting their rates and maintaining the in-house reservation system
