Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, collateral and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Sales department. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to incoming calls and hotel guests.
Responsibility
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required
- To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities
- Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach • Responding to and co-ordinating all internal meeting requests • Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the sales office at all times
- Prepare collateral for site inspections, outside sales calls, and sales trips
Requirement
- Great attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by team members and guests
- Approach all encounters in an attentive, friendly and service-oriented manner
- English communication skill both verbal and written
- Computer literate is a must
