Reservations Agent – Golf

1. Processes golf reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
2. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all golf package plans.
3. Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
4. Creates and maintains golf reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
5. Handles daily correspondence immediately. Responds to inquiries and makes golf reservations as needed.

General Requirement

1. Hotel school graduates or relevant study 
2. Minimum of 1 year-experience in similar role in the same size resort/hotel/golf 
3. Excellent English in both written and spoken, other language is an advantage. 
4. Highly Motivated and strong leadership.
5. Passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
6. Familiar with Opera System and Microsoft
