- Good understanding and experience in Food and Beverage Service Department or property management system - ( No. 2)
- Strong communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills - ( No. 1,2)

- Good personal presentation – (No. 1,2)
- Able to work long hours without supervision - ( No. 1,2)
- Speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently (additional foreign language/s would be an advantage) - ( No. 1,2)
