- Experience in similar position in 3 star hotel/resort less than 1 year
- Under 25 years old
- Have experience in same position
- Positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic, outgoing personality and attention to detail
- Strong leadership & human relation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work as a team as well as independently
