Candidates for The General Manager must fulfill the following criteria :
Able to establish good relation with owners and is able to grasp the fundamentals of delivering high quality service and profitable operations.
- Male / Female max. 45 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field.
- Have Expertise in Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge of the Bali market is advantageous
- Hands-on determined and active in driving business
- Minimum 5 years experience as General Manager in 4-star Hotel
- Higly motivated and strong leadership
- Excellent English in both written and spoken, other languages is an advantages
- Passionate, enthuasiastic and energetic personality
