Main Objectives: To assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation and and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree in Food & Beverage or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years working experience as Demi Chef De Partie or 2 years as Chef De Partie.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written)
