Job Description
- Knowing all menu items available in the bar
- Knowing all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in the bar.
- Every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
- Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks.
- All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
- Daily beverage menu specials and out of stock items.
- Bar layout, table set-ups, hours of operation
- Control maintenance and use of equipment.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Min SMK/ Diploma in Hospitality
- Experience min 2 year at same position
- Good command of English
- Can join immediately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work as a team as well as independently
