- Minumum 1 year experience in a reputable hotel and/or similar position
- Good understanding and experience in Front Office Department
- Good knowledge of computer system or property management system
- Good communication skills, speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently
- Able to solve problems up to a certain limit and handle guests complaint
- Possesses a positive attitude and able to work shifts and flexible with working hours.
