Front Office Manager
Directly supervises all front office team and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office department.
Responsibility
- Monitor the quality of welcome extended to guests
- Ensure that all hotel standards and procedures are applied
- Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
- Recruit, train, & coordinate reception team
- Evaluates the job performance
- Monitor guests accounts
Requirement
- Has a good contact
- Provision English both spoken and written
- Outgoing personality
- Computer literate
- Good teamwork
- Result oriented
- Maintain quality under pressure
