Expert Sous Chef / Chef De Partie

For an opening of a new luxury Beach Club in Nusa Dua.

Job Description and Qualifications :

• Reporting to the Executive Chef
• Fully in charge for 1 restaurant, 2 bars, beach, pool, and cave dining.
• 3 years experience in the same position within up-market restaurant or villa resort
• You are a young dynamic person, a self starter and hands on with excellent communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line result
