Managerial Level:

1. Executive Chef
2. FB Manager (FBM)

Qualifications :

• Male, domiciled in Bali (1,2)
• Minimum of 1 (one year) experience with the specific skill in 4 stars Hotel (1,2)
• Has leadership skill and detail oriented (1,2)
• Has great communication skills with guests (2) and colleagues (1,2)
• Good team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure (1,2)
• Be able to present the food with a modern twist (1), creative and initiative (1,2)
• Good English communication skill (1,2)
• Good skill, performance, and appearance (1,2)

Rank & File Level :

Cook Pastry

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 (one year) experience in similar position at 3 / 4 stars hotel
• Team work, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
• Quick learner, easy to adapt to any kind of situation
• Good skill, English communication, performance, and appearance

Daily Worker :

DW Cook (5 persons)

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Able to work as a team as well as independently
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experienced of training in the same field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
