1. MANDARIN SPEAKING SALES MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE
General qualifications :
- Reporting to the DOS & M you will develop and implement effective sales and communication strategies to position the image of our Resort to our target customer and agent in China
- You should have at least 1 years experience in resort sales or travel agent .
- You are dynamic self starter , excellent Mandarin communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line results
2. NATIVE RUSSIAN SALES MANAGER
General qualifications:
- Reporting to the DOS & M you will develop and implement effective sales and communication strategies to position the image of our Resort to our target customer and agent in Russia
- You should have at least 1 years experience in resort sales and marketing with a 5 star international resort .
- You are dynamic self starter , excellent communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line results
3. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
General qualifications:
- Male/Female max. 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study
- Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
- Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations
- Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
- Very strong in Human Capital Management
4. ENGINEERING
General qualifications:
- Experience and/or educated in respective field for minimum 1 year
- English is a must
- You should be a dynamic self starter, excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
6. RATTAN MAINTENANCE
General qualifications:
- Male max. 40 years old
- Experienced in fixing and/or maintaining rattan synthetic furniture
- Able to join immediately
