Executive Secretary

General Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Graduated from Secretarial Academy
  • Excellent English both writing and speaking
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheet) and Power Point
  • Proven experience in Executive support role
  • Proactive self starter and team player
  • A minimum of two to three years of secretarial experience preferably in hotel
  • Ability to organize and work with sensitive and confidential material
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and employees
