- Diploma degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputable hotel(s) and/or in a similar position
- Excellent understanding and experience in Front Office department
- Strong leadership skills – able to set the direction, motivate and lead the team
- Solid knowledge of computer or property management system
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and able to influence and direct people to achieve goals
- Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
- Solid skills in financial analysis and reporting, able to set budget targets and control expenses
- Good understanding and knowledge about local culture, places of interests on the island of Bali
- Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and working as a team
- Speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently (additional foreign language(s) would be an advantage
- · Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service
- Able to work shifts and flexible with working hours
- Good personal presentation, possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
