GSA (Guest Service Agent) - Male

General Requirement :

• Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable hotel and/or similar position
• Fresh graduate from Hotel School most welcome
• Good understanding and experience in Front Office Department
• Good knowledge of computer system or property management system
• Good communication skills, speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently
• Able to solve problems up to a certain limit and handle guests complaint
• Possesses a positive attitude and able to work shifts and flexible with working hours.

RESERVATION AGENT

General Requirement :

• Minimum 2 year experience in a reputable hotel and/or similar position
• Solid understanding and experience in Pyxis (or other FO systems)
• Strong communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills
• Able to demonstrate skills in financial analysis and reporting
• Good understanding and experience to record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets
• Good communication skills, speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently
• Possesses a positive attitude and able to work shifts and flexible with working hours.
• Able to work long hours without supervision
