DESCRIPTION:
Accor Vacation Club is an exciting, innovative and flexible holiday ownership club providing Members with the opportunity for a lifetime of great holidays worldwide. The Club’s operator is part of the Accor Hospitality Group, the largest and fastest growing hotel management group in the Asia-Pacific Region with more than 4,000 hotels and resorts worldwides and monitor time clock reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Daily, weekly monthly General Ledger accounting for accurate reporting.
- Assist in the review and preparation of monthly reporting to meet deadlines.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts each month.
- Responsible for processing, payment and reconciliation of monthly payroll for approx. 25 staff
- Support Accounts Payable in taxation and posting requirements domestic and international transactions.
- Distribute of employee payment summaries and monitor time clock reporting.
- Other Finance and Team support as required from time to time.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Position is based in Bali
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Experience in local taxation law, preferably with Brevet A & B certification.
- Experience with processing and accounting for payroll an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS excel and computerized accounting systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian essential.
- Able to join immediately for effective hand-over opportunity.
- Defined development path for future opportunities.
