Required skills
- 3-5 years managing and optimizing on-page SEO
- Complete understanding of on-page elements (H1, HTML, CSS meta-descriotions, Alt-text etc)
- 3-5 years Google Ads experience
- 3-5 years experience operating with Google Search Console
- Strong working knowledge in Google analytics (GA4 knowledge an advantage)
- Technical knowledge: GTM installation, schemas, etc
- Ability and experience in creating SEO plans for blogs and landing pages
- 3+ years experience with SEMrush SEO tool.
Primary responsibilities in this role include:
- Conducting regular SEO analysis on current clients
- Making and executing SEO recommendations for all clients
- Creating clear and understandable SEO reports for prospective client pitches
- Creating monthly client reports on SEO improvements showing actual results
- Managing backlinks, errors and warnings on client websites
- Establishing Google Ads audiences and creating Search, Display and Video campaign plans that deliver conversions
- Creating SEO plans and copy for YouTube videos to enhance visibility
- Creating SEO plans for blogs and landing pages in support of marketing and PR campaigns.
You must be fluent in English and Indonesian to native levels. You must have prior SEO experience, be well organised (enough to handle 12-plus clients weekly), be an excellent writer and communicator in English and Indonesian, be motivated and be able to work autonomously. You must also live in the Gianyar area, be willing to relocate or be committed to being in our Ubud office on a daily basis. Candidates with agency-side or corporate experience will be strongly favoured.
