Job Title: Chef De Partie - Pastry
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the pastry department in all outlets within COMO Uma Canggu under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
Key Requirements
- The ideal candidate required to have 2 years of previous related experiences
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Pastry and Bakery science or relevant field, strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
- Good understanding of pastry manual handling techniques
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
