SOUS CHEF

DESCRIPTION
- menus
- Make sure kitchen activity operate in a timely manner
- Resolve customer problems and concerns quickly and personally
- Monitor and record inventory , and if necessary, order new supplies
- Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, foo preparation and dish plating.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standard
- Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance
- Adhere to implement sanitation regulations and safety regulation
- Manage the kitchen team in the Executive Chef’s absence.

- 2 – 3 years of work experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Must hold relevant Hygiene and sanitation certificates
- Strong work ethic and good team work is essential as a professional attitude.
- Strong leadership, fast learner, helps create and follow standard procedure
- Uses initiative to solve problem and make quick decision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both Bahasa and English (Written and Spoken)
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods.
- Good understanding of Ms. Excel and food costing calculation
- Able to join immediately
