Chef Requirements:
- Chef (no commis)
- Western, vegan/vegetarian food, meats, Indonesian food and desserts skills.
- Good knowledge of food service sanitation standards, persona hygiene and safety
- Able to handover our current menu with the help of our current chef
- Able to handle costs, retail and the kitchen commis.
- At least 2 years experience in the same position
- Loyal, honest, and high motivated for a long-term collaboration
- English language is mandatory; French is a plus
- Good attitude and communication skills
Contract terms:
- Start as soon as possible
- COVID Salary (5,000,000 rp) until the business is better, then full normal salary
- Full time
Kitchen Trainee Requirements:
- Active English, spoken & written
- Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill
- Fully Covid 19 vaccinated
- Can start immediately
