Requirements :

• At least 2 years in the same position in 4 / 5 stars hotel
• Have a relevant education background
• Strong operational / technical knowledge
• Strong Managerial, Leadership & Communication Skill
• Ready for multitasking
• Able to Implements guidelines, policies, and procedures for the departments
• Analytical thinker with the ability to see the opportunities to improve work practices and processes in order to positively impact employee and guest satisfaction
