Urgently required qualified and experience candidates to fill the position:

Head Chef

• Male.
• Age max. 40 years old.
• Candidate must prosses at least Bachelor in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Minimum 5 years’experience in related field.
• Have knowledge in Balinese Menu & Nusantara food.
• Responsible for kitchen Research and Development of new product, stock taking and training staffs.
• Ability to create a set of standards recipes include cooking methods.
• Excellent communications skill, written and verbal, in both Indonesia and English.
• Energetic, good personality, motivated, positive attitude and innovative person.
