• Having experience for at least 2 years in Guest Relation Officer or Front Office
• Minimum D1 or related
• Excellent English communication skills – spoken or written, relationship skills (other languages will be an advantage)
• Excellent computer skills
• Passionate on guest Experience
• Having experience in handling complains
• Willing to learn F&B and multitasking work
• Problems solving
• Good Attitude is a must
• Can work with team or individually
