Located in Canggu beside of Echo Beach in Batu Mejan street, In The Raw Bali – Organic Kitchen is on the lookout for pre-opening team members to be part of the restaurant conceptualization and operation process

We are looking for potential candidates in being part our Pre-opening team for following position:

1. Sous Chef
2. Chef de Partie
3. Cook

General Requirements

• Male/Female
• Min 2 years of restaurant experience in similar position
• Experience with raw/minimal processed food/cold kitchen preferable
• Experience in set portion, costing/pricing based on the recipe
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Have knowledge of food presentation
• Good organizational skill and computer literacy (Ms. Word)
• Hospitality educational background
• Good attitude and pleasant personality
• Can work with team and able to work under pressure
• Ready for trial
• Able join immediately
• Based in Bali
