- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Cook
General Requirements
- Male/Female
- Min 2 years of restaurant experience in similar position
- Experience with raw/minimal processed food/cold kitchen preferable
- Experience in set portion, costing/pricing based on the recipe
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Have knowledge of food presentation
- Good organizational skill and computer literacy (Ms. Word)
- Hospitality educational background
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Can work with team and able to work under pressure
- Ready for trial
- Able join immediately
- Based in Bali
