Prestige Multinational Megacorp is a hospitality group focusing on food & beverages. We have 5 restaurants under Prestige Multinational Megacorp at the moment, including Sushimi Seminyak, Sushimi Berawa, Ling-Ling’s, Shooters, and Chow Chow.

1. Sous Chef

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Asian fusion cuisine
• Preparation and supervision of other food preparation staff
• Ability to train, mentor and supervise your team
• Experience in Dim Sum is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a kitchen management position in the same role
• Maintain high and consistent food standards
• Implement and follow HACCP procedures

2. Commis Chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
• Experience in Asian / Japanese food is an advantage
• Motivated & innovative
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Highly committed to the job
• Well-performance and well-groomed

3. Engineering Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Understand about civil engineering
• Passionate in garden & pool maintenance is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Highly committed to the job

4. Bartender

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
• Expertise in mixology
• Motivated & innovative
• Great attention to details
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Highly committed to the job
• Must have positive and attractive personality
• Well-performance and well-groomed

5. Income Audit & Account Payable

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Able to operate computer
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Highly committed to the job
• Must have positive and attractive personality
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good attitude and nice personality

6. Waitress (Daily Worker)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Motivated & innovative
• Good command in English
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Highly committed to the job
• Must have positive and attractive personality
• Well-performance and well-groomed
