General Requirement:

• Relevant education background and proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position
• High attention to details, have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and target oriented (1 – 3)
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (1 – 3)
• Good communication skill in English both speaking and written (1-5)
• Good communication Skill and customer service oriented (1-5)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails (3 & 5)
• Able to work under pressure
