- Minimum Diploma Degree in F&B Service or relevant study.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
- F&B Service experience for dine-in and takeaway clients.

- Customer relationship excellence, maintain quality customer service by providing support, information and guidance.
- Disciplined and responsible for all restaurant activities.
- Proactive in also checking the product quality and maintain the stock for production.
- Able to do multitasking, has knowledge in Inventory & Costing.
- Computer literates, able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work as a team and individual.
