The Grill’d Healthy Burgers team in Seminyak are looking for an energetic, strong and passionate Supervisor or Head of kitchen to join us as we continue to grow.
Your job:
- Lead a kitchen team of 15+ staff
- Run the pass during busy service
- Control food quality of food preparation and guest’s meals
- Manage food costs and minimise wastage
- Manage, train and encourage staff in each section
- Maintain and clean equipment
Are you a strong leader who motivates and inspires your team?
Do you have at least 3 years’ supervisory experience in busy hospitality service?
Do you want to improve and learn new skills and progress your career?
