- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
HR Officer with qualifications below:
- Basic HR admin knowledge required, 2 years min experience
- Fun and friendly to join our restaurant family
- Working in office next to restaurant with 2 other people
- There may be other small office tasks
- Part time role but negotiable
