Asialink Holidays is a destination management company operating in South East Asia since we launched our first tours in Indonesia in 1996. Based in Bali, we focus on B2B & B2C to provide attractive programs for our clients.

Currently, we are looking for below position:

SENIOR OPERATIONAL STAFF

Job Descriptions:
  • Handling incoming and outgoing call;
  • Rechecking the data in the report that is inputted by reservation team by comparing with the booking list;
  • Check and update the pick up time & standby time in the system;
  • Reply incoming email from both internal and external;
  • Reserve, reconfirm, remind and find replacement of tour guide for tours/transfers/packages order as previously scheduled;
  • Confirm the order to related suppliers (transportation, restaurants) by email/ phone/ for transfer/ optional/ packages activities;
  • Prepare and deliver the documents/ order for the transfer and optional tour such as ticket, voucher, menu list, guest list, tour map, questionnaire, etc;
  • Register optional tour bookings for both our own tours or third-party tours and handle the reservation;
  • Input the optional tour data into the system, ensure correct name, date, price, pickup time, and check whether additional transfer is required and also need to be arranged as well;
  • Monitor that tour guide and driver arrive in time, and take immediate action for an issue;
  • Check and ensure that all transportation used is having company’s equipment and follow the health protocols;
  • Monitor and check if direct payment has been collected by guide (if any);
  • Prepare the revised Daily Activities;
  • Ensure all vouchers are available and to be attached with the Daily Activities;
  • Prepare cash required for optional tours and other packages;
  • Being aware of optional tours prices and condition and ensure that prices in the system is correct;
  • Bridging communication between external and internal related to tour activities.

General Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 year experience as Operational Staff/ Supervisor;
  • Min Diploma (Tourism/ English Language/ related major)
  • Good English (spoken & written);
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Strong in number/ calculation;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office & G-Suite;
  • High learning motivation, proactive, and creative;
  • Good communication skills & problem-solving;
  • Have good leadership & ability to build positive vibes;
  • Placement in Sanur, Bali.
