- Well handling on negotiation and management conflict
- Ability in conducting training and employees’ meeting
- Well manage on low employees’ turnover
- Excellent in written, correspondence and fluent in English communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with VHP system is a priority
- Data entry experience
- Night audit experience
- Driving ability with valid driving license
- Attention to detail and ownership personality
- Multi-tasking ability and well handling of time-management
- Deliver personalize attention and sincerity of service from the hearth
- Flexible working hours is a must
- A swift adaptability to the system, the team, the department and the Resort
