- Able to multitasking in Civil, Plumbing, ME, HVAC (5)
- Good understanding of water chemistry,filters, pumps (7)
- Offline Travel Agent exposure are preferable (8)
- Able to manage many projects at once accoding to urgency (6)
- Have a sense of Leadership (6)
