White Rock Beach Club, The Biggest Beach Club in South of Bali, spectacular – absolute beachfront club located at the southernmost tip of Bali Island at Melasti Beach, Ungasan. White Rock Beach Club are presently seeking talented and passionate candidate to join our team for the following positions:

MANAGER – SUPERVISOR LEVEL

1. Financial Controller
2. Guest Relation Manager
3. Sales Manager
4. Bar Manager
5. Restaurant Manager
6. Banquet Manager
7. Guest Relation Supervisor

General Requirements :

• Strong leadership to manage team, analytical & communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in a restaurant/beach club
• A Strong understanding and passion for restaurant/beach club
• Having knowledge with handle party/event
• Having knowledge of business and management principles
• Strong with food & beverage operations, sales and promotions
• Great ability on generating revenue and saving cost
• English is a must
• Highly responsible and strong personality
• Good appearance, positive attitude, and hard work
• Fast paced Restaurant experience is a bonus.
• Able to join immediately.

RANK FILE LEVEL

1. Cook / Commis (Pizza Maker)
2. General Admin
3. Cost Control
4. Purchasing
5. Reservation Staff
6. Driver/Valet

General Requirements :

• Minimum 1 years experience in the same field
• Someone who’s disciplined, has a positive attitude, eager to learn, service oriented, passionate and a hard worker.
• Expert at conducting cost analyses (point 3)
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Able to work as a team and handle being under pressure.
• Fast paced Restaurant experience is a bonus.
• Able to join immediately.
