BARISTA

• Minimum 1-2 years in busy restaurant
• Flexible rosters and team attitude
• Can join immediately
• Fluent English

SENIOR COOK

• Minimum 1-2 years in busy restaurant
• Flexible rosters and team attitude
• Fluent English
• Can join immediately

SOUSCHEF

• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
• Ordering / Receiving / Inventory control
• Calculate and control food costs
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Team Leader
• Excellent communication skills with all staff across the business

DW COOK

• Minimum 1-2 years in busy restaurant
• Flexible rosters and team attitude
• Fluent English
• Can join immediately
