Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
- Culinary degree is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to forecast and prepare yearly departmental budget
- Great ability on generating revenue and saving cost
- Deep knowledge of the food industry
- Customer oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to create reports to give to Management and ownership
- Innovative senior leader to grab more revenue
- Having good upselling skill to generate additional revenue
Engineering staff
- Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role
- Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment
- Understanding of safety guidelines
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
