We are currently seeking to the key position as
- EXECUTIVE CHEF
- SUPERVISOR ENGINEERING
- BAR WAITER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the similar position for at least 5 years (1)
- Experience in the similar position for at least 2 years (2 & 3)
- Diploma/Certified in Culinary Arts, Chef Certification or Equivalent (1)
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer needs (1)
- Highlighted Key Skills Budgeting, Organization, Leadership, Food Cost Analysis (1)
- Product Creative thinker who strives for innovation and has the tenacity to push new ideas through (1)
- Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification (1)
- Have good organizational/leadership skills (leading and managing team work, coaching, decision making, time management, detail oriented) (1 & 2)
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.(2)
- Manage and monitor engineering and maintenance activities to ensure all technical activities can run effectively (2)
- Have a strong skill in maintain and repair : AC, electrical, civil, Plumbing, Water Pump, Computer and internet problem (2)
- Familiar with Cocktail & Mocktail, experience as a barista gets Point plus (3)
- Familiar with VHP system (1 & 3)
- Good Attitude & Good Communication skill (1, 2 & 3)
- Able to joint immediately (1, 2 & 3)
