- Prior experience in a similar position (minimal 1 year)
- Through knowledge of food safety procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays as needed
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team and individual
