Taman Bebek Hotel in Sayan is currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.Preferences:
- Living in Ubud, Bali.
- Male/female.
- 45 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of departments (housekeeping, maintenance, garden, pool, etc).
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
- Operational and quality control.
- Provide training to the housekeeping staff.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment inventory as needed.
- Minimize and optimize expenses.
- Identify problems quickly and resolve them.
- Schedule shifts.
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
Requirements:
- Very detail oriented is a must and clean presentation.
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or a similar position min. 3 years.
- Great written and verbal English.
- Great team management skills, comunication and organization skills.
- High energy during working hours.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
