Requirements:

• Diploma degree with minimum two years experience in a customer-oriented industry
• Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and writing skills.
• Able to access and accurately use a computer and familiar with the booking system
• Positive attitude and good communication skill
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Professional manners in hospitality and guest service
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning/ evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Back of House

1. Security
2. Housekeeping
3. Maintenance
