• Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position (1)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (2, 3, 4)
• Well rounded professional with solid knowledge of villas operations, budgeting and finances, food and beverage, guest experience, sales and marketing (1)
• Strong leadership and communication skills (1,2,3,4)
• Flexible, well organized and excellent attention to details (1,2,3,4)
