General Requirement:

• Relevant education background and proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position
• High attention to details, have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and target oriented
• Able to monitor & organize daily cost and monthly basis (1&2)
• Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, sanitation and safety practices (1-3)
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (1 – 5)
• Good communication skill in English both speaking and written
• Good communication Skill and customer service oriented (4-9)
• Familiar with Raptor system (7)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails (8)
• Able to work under pressure
